Year End Deposits and Reporting

Please ask your members who pay by check to make any year end donations or account payments as soon as possible.  Online payments are strongly encouraged.

Important Deadlines

• Monday, December 16, 2024:  Suggested target deadline for member donations/dues payments
• Monday, December 23, 2024: Final day to send B&A sheets requesting 2024 payments or payment plans
• Wednesday, January 8, 2025:  This will be the FINAL day we record any December-dated checks as a 2024 payment (this includes checks received by mail and remote deposits).
• To be considered a 2024 payment, checks must be dated 2024.
• You must separate 2024 checks and 2025 checks when sending them to Kesef by mail or by scanner. (Please complete a separate remote deposit for 2024 checks and 2025 checks.)

These deadlines are extremely important
due to high volumes of checks at this time of the year.
